Make a Booking

In order to book your cat or dog in to stay with us for day boarding or overnight boarding we require some further information about you and your pet(s). You can either call us on 0191 2363309 to make the booking and provide the information over the phone, message us on Facebook or by email and we will request the information needed or to speed things up you can simply complete the below Make a Booking form. The form includes all the information we need to create your booking and issue your acknowledgement to confirm the booking.

Please note as outlined in the Boarding and Day Boarding pages we still require you to complete a Boarding Form in addition to the below, you only need to complete the form once and applies to all bookings. You can complete the form when you drop your pet off or download from our website and email the completed form or bring it with you.
