What is included in the price?

All our prices include food (non-prescribed), heating, treats, bedding, insurance against injury or illness whilst in our care*, daily health

*terms and conditions apply, pre-existing conditions, unexpected and underlying health conditions are not covered, we strongly recommend having your own pet insurance. See Booking Conditions for full details.


Do you post photos?

Yes, if you give us consent on the boarding form. However, this is not daily photos or updates, we allow the cats and dogs a day or 2 to settle first and get to know us. We aim to post photos every 2 to 3 days, for example, if your pet stays a week they will likely have 2 or 3 photos posted. This is not an additional service or charge, and is included within our boarding price.


What are your opening times?

For overnight boarding we are open Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm, then 4pm to 5pm. Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays we are open 9am to 12pm only.


For dog day boarding drop off is between 8am and 10am and pick up is between 4pm and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.


Are you open all year round?

Yes, we are open every day of the year, however Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day we are not open to the public for drops offs or pickups. Please also note for other bank holidays we are only open 9am to 12pm.


When can I drop off or pick up?

For overnight boarding, drop off and pickup is within the opening times only. Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm, or 4pm to 5pm, Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays between 9am to 12pm.


Can we come to look around?

Yes, between 9 and 12, any day of the week including weekends, you do not need an appointment.


What dog vaccinations are needed? Do we need kennel cough?

You need the annual booster vaccination, we don’t require the kennel cough, however if you choose to have this, it must be given at least 14 days before coming into the kennels.


Do you take unneutered cats or dogs?

Yes, please notify us though
